Each competing pipe band receives a $200 appearance stipend (limited to the first eight bands entered). Prize money (per event): Grade IV Bands: 1st--$300, 2nd--$200, 3rd--$150. Grade V Bands: 1st--$200, 2nd--$150, 3rd--$100. Band Entry Fee: $25 per event entered. Solo Piping Events: Grade IV and V on Saturday morning; Grades I, II, and III on Sunday. Solo Drumming Events: Snare Grades III, IV, and V, plus Novice Tenor (2/4, 6/8), and Novice Bass--all on Saturday morning. Come pipe under the tall pine trees--elevation is 6,500 feet (a smidge cooler than Denver). Entries close on July 2, 2022.
