The San Diego Highland Games are right after the school, June 24th - 25th. What will you miss if you don't attend this year's Rob McLintock School of Piping and Drumming (formerly the College of Piping). The School accepts pipers and drummers of all abilities, with everyone getting the same attention for their tuition. Small class sizes with the same instructor to ensure individual attention and progress. Meet other enthusiastic pipers and drummers. There are daily electives that allow you to gain instruction on different subjects from other instructors. There are nightly lectures and recitals from the instructors. There is a chance to play for family, friends and residents of Carlsbad during the student concert on Thursday evening (participation is optional). The academy is located on the beach with fully refurbished accommodation. The campus is small and easy to get around with 24 hour security.
