Good morning, The WUSPBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 22, 2022 in Salt Lake City at the Little America Hotel. Additional information will be forthcoming regarding Games Sponsors meeting and workshops which are typically held on the Friday evening prior and the Sunday after respectively. The meeting will also be held via Zoom for those who are unable to travel to Salt Lake City. BYLAWS and Contest Rules: The current Bylaws states that any ammendment or additions to the Bylaws must be made in writing and sent to the Executive Secretary at Triad@wuspba.org 45 days prior to the AGM which would be September 7, 2022. Then the received proposals must be posted 30 days prior to the AGM. The proposals will be posted at WWW.WUSPBA.Org under the "ABOUT" tab and then under the "ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING" We are currently negotiating room rates with the hotel so please give us 1 week to announce the room rates if you are planning to join us.
