Election Results for Board of Directors (BOD) and music leadership
Hi Everyone,
After surpassing quorum (50% of band membership) with 28 voting members,
the election has closed. The election results, including the percentage of
votes for the winning candidate, are as follows:
Elected positions
BOD:
President: Brandon Ward (100%)

Vice President: Ignacio Solis (100%)

Secretary: Paul Olson (100%)

Treasurer: John Boyden (100%)

Pipe Corps Representative: Adam Blaine (96.43%)

Drum Corps Representative: Stuart McLean (75%)
-
Member-at-Large: Rhett Grant (67.86%)
-
Music leadership:
Pipe Major: Adam Blaine (96.43%)
-
Drum Sergeant: Craig Phelps (100%)
Welcome to the new Board of Directors. Thank you for volunteering your time
to help keep our organization running.
To our departing board members:
- Erin - Thank you for all your contributions to the band including your
duties as President and Quartermaster. - Stuart - Thank you for your contributions to the band and the drum
corps.
RE: Drum Corps Representative: Since Stuart has left the band, this has
created a vacancy that will need to be resolved. Per the band's bylaws, I
as the President will make a temporary appointment in the coming week. We
will then, as a band, nominate and vote on the position, likely during the
AGM.
We will get the AGM scheduled in the near future.
