Saturday, October 22nd is the annual general meeting. Voting for Officers and Bylaws/Contest rule changes and other business will be conducted during the Saturday Session. Additional Information will be posted on the WUSPBA website under the "About" tab and then "Annual General Meeting (AGM)". In addition, a meeting/reception with the Office of Strategic Planning for Games Organizers will have a Q& A session for Games/Contest Organizers. Times to be announced. Sunday, October 23rd from 9:00 - 12:00 noon we will have workshops available with Barry Shears, Jim McGillivray, and others to be announced. All times are Mountain Daylight Savings Time. The complete itinerary and agenda will be forthcoming as it's finalized. Hotel Rooms The WUSPBA has special room rates for those wanting to make reservations. This is on a first come first serve basis. Costs are: $99.00 for the courtside (300 sq. ft.), $134.00 for the garden rooms (400 sq. ft.), and $199.00 for the tower rooms (600 sq. ft.). Transportation The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. The airport has a TRAX rail line that runs from the airport directly in front of the hotel. The hotel TRAX line is located in the "free zone" which allows passengers to travel within that free zone (Downtown) for free. Restaurants There is a restaurant, coffee shop and pub located within the hotel. Many additional eateries are within walking distance from the hotel.
