The YEC has been designed by the Youth in WUSPBA for the youth in WUSPBA. This council's primary mission is for the development of our youth pipers and drummers 19 years of age and under. They will have the opportunity to meet other youth of their age and participate in workshops, schools, and other educational events. This open house is designed to explore those different elements and to bring a better understanding of the mission and purpose of the YEC. Parents are invited as well as the youth.
