They have full voting rights and are eligible to participate in all events, including WUSPBA sanctioned band contests. The Competing Band fee is due by January 15th; late fees apply to payments made after that date. A band may become an Associate Band within the WUSPBA by paying an annual fee of $40. Associate Bands attend Association and Branch meetings as non-voting participants and are included in workshops and all other events, except for competition. Please note the Associate Band fee is $40 for new and renewals prior to the AGM. Renewals after January 15th will be $60. Note: A roster is not required to be submitted for Associate bands. Bands other than Associate Bands require validated rosters. In the past, these rosters "rolled-over" from one competition to the next. This year, they will not. What this means is that: 1. Each non-associate band will need to request a roster at least 15 days prior to when they first need it. Validated rosters will be available in each band's DropBox folder. The DropBox folders are shared with each band's manager. If you don't have access to the DropBox folder, email me. 2. If your roster is not changing from what is already on the WUSPBA website, you can simply request a copy of that particular roster to be validated and uploaded to your band DropBox. 3. If you require roster changes, please email me the required changes: * For removing a player, all I need is their name. * To change a player-position in the band, I need their name and new band position. * To add players, I need First and Last Name and band position. 4.
