All, Great practice last evening, even if on the rusty side. So much fun with both pipes and drums in attendance that we want to do it again next Tuesday! Plan on it. The key word above is "practice". If you aren't solid on memorizing the full Medley, then focus on the first first two or three tunes and bring your music stand and music for the rest. Commit to yourself to play 3 - 4 times (more?) on the pipes before next Tues. Playing the opening march, Dream Valley of Glendaruel, Neil turns to me and quotes a prior PM, "You're playing the the notes, now play the music." Same might be said of the strathspey.
