My name is Raul Reyes, and I am the vice president of academy class 199 at the Contra Costa County Office of The Sheriff Law Enforcement Training Center. We would really like to have live bagpipes at our academy graduation on May 3rd, 2024. The ceremony will be held in Walnut Creek at the Lesher Center from 1000 am to 1200 pm.
