If you have not done so already this year, please make sure your band has been issued a validated roster for this year. You must contact WUSPBA Band Registrar Charlie Butterworth (band-registrar@wuspba.org or wuspbabandregistrar@gmail.com) to request issuance of a validated roster, *no later than August 18, 2023*. Remember to check beforehand and make sure the roster that is being validated is complete and accurate with the names and instruments of all musicians who will be competing at Pleasanton. If you have already been issued a validated roster for this year, I recommend you review it and make sure it is complete and accurate with the names and instruments of all musicians who will be competing at Pleasanton. If you have to make any updates, you must do so and contact Charlie to request a new validated roster *no later than August 18, 2023*.
