Good morning Band Managers / Pipe Majors,
With Pleasanton quickly approaching, please remember to request and/or
review your band's validated roster issued by the WUSPBA Band Registrar, if
you haven't done so already. As a reminder, everyone competing in your band
at Pleasanton must appear on your validated roster, with their correct
instrument(s), as of August 19, 2022.
If you do not yet have a validated (signed) roster issued by the band
registrar for this year, you must request one no later than August 19,
2022. Contact the WUSPBA Band Registrar, Charlie Butterworth at
band-registrar@wuspba.org. Remember to log into your band's R2 profile
beforehand to make sure the roster that will be issued will be accurate.
Even if you have already been issued a validated roster for this year, I
recommend you double-check and make sure it's accurate for Pleasanton. If
everything is correct and no changes/additions are needed, you don't need
to do anything--good job being on top of it! If you do need to make updates
to your current validated roster, you must make the changes in R2, and then
request an updated validated roster from the band registrar, no later than
August 19, 2022.
Don't know how to make changes to your band's roster in R2? Contact WUSPBA
Band Registrar Charlie Butterworth at band-registrar@wuspba.org for
assistance.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions. I
look forward to seeing/hearing all of your bands at Pleasanton!
Best regards,

The above double-registration is inconsistent with WUSPBA rules. If you
have any questions about the WUSPBA rules regarding band member
registration and situations in which it may be permissible for an
individual to be registered with more than one band, either in general or
regarding this individual specifically, I would be happy to discuss that
with you.
Otherwise, I will let you discuss and sort this out amongst yourselves.
If/when you've made revisions to your roster in R2, please remember to
email the Band Registrar, Charlie Butterworth, at band-registrar@wuspba.org
to request an updated validated roster. Again, this must be done by
tomorrow, Friday, August 19, 2022.

Good Morning,
Silicon PB is grade 3, while Nicholson is grade 4. According to WUSPBA bylaws, a player can be an instructor only with a lower graded band. The rosters for Silicon PB3 and Nicholson are reversed with regards to Heather. Nicholson already has a designated drumming instructor, so simply adding Heather as instructor to Nicholson is not possible.

The above double-registration is inconsistent with WUSPBA rules. If you have any questions about the WUSPBA rules regarding band member registration and situations in which it may be permissible for an individual to be registered with more than one band, either in general or regarding this individual specifically, I would be happy to discuss that with you.
Otherwise, I will let you discuss and sort this out amongst yourselves. If/when you've made revisions to your roster in R2, please remember to email the Band Registrar, Charlie Butterworth, at band-registrar@wuspba.org mailto:band-registrar@wuspba.org to request an updated validated roster. Good morning Band Managers / Pipe Majors,
With Pleasanton quickly approaching, please remember to request and/or review your band's validated roster issued by the WUSPBA Band Registrar, if you haven't done so already. As a reminder, everyone competing in your band at Pleasanton must appear on your validated roster, with their correct instrument(s), as of August 19, 2022.
If you do not yet have a validated (signed) roster issued by the band registrar for this year, you must request one no later than August 19, 2022. Contact the WUSPBA Band Registrar, Charlie Butterworth at band-registrar@wuspba.org. Remember to log into your band's R2 profile beforehand to make sure the roster that will be issued will be accurate.
Even if you have already been issued a validated roster for this year, I recommend you double-check and make sure it's accurate for Pleasanton. If everything is correct and no changes/additions are needed, you don't need to do anything--good job being on top of it! If you do need to make updates to your current validated roster, you must make the changes in R2, and then request an updated validated roster from the band registrar, no later than August 19, 2022.
Don't know how to make changes to your band's roster in R2? Contact WUSPBA Band Registrar Charlie Butterworth at band-registrar@wuspba.org for assistance.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions. I look forward to seeing/hearing all of your bands at Pleasanton!
Best regards,
Suzan Karayel

Let’s remove Sean mcroberts.
Marie should be listed only as a tenor not a side.

If you have any questions about the WUSPBA rules regarding band member registration and situations in which it may be permissible for an individual to be registered with more than one band, either in general or regarding this individual specifically, I would be happy to discuss that with you.

If/when you've made revisions to your roster in R2, please remember to email the Band Registrar, Charlie Butterworth, at band-registrar@wuspba.org to request an updated validated roster. Again, this must be done by tomorrow, Friday, August 19, 2022.
